Lagoon and early birthday surprise!

Monday night: Family went out to Texas Roadhouse for dinna. mmmmm! Heaven on earth it is. In the parking lot, my parents surprised me with my birthday present :) This lovely. Take a look!
Needless to say, I was thrilled! It is beautiful isn't it? Oh brother. I'm quite in love.
Tuesday: We went to LAGOON! Oh em gee. So freaking fun! If you haven't gone before, I strongly encourage you to do it. If you like that sorta thing anyway. It was just the funnest time! Some of my favorite rides were the Samurai, Skycoaster, Wicked, tilt-a-whirl, scrambler, and this other really really fun ride that I don't remember the name of. It was one of those little rides that you wouldn't think was very fun but its a gooooood time! I believe it was the ride that Ari pees her pants on every single time she rides it without fail. But don't worry, I checked each seat I sat in before for pee stains. ohhh And because I had my lovely little camera that I am now naming Lady, I was able to take a lot of pictures so beware for the picture overload.
My mother was not pleased by this and to be completely honest I wasn't at the time this picture was taken either... That's a fake smile. I was trying so hard not to pee my pants. I was about to pretty much plunge to my death. This is the skycoaster ride. You go up 150 feet in the air. I had to pull that orange little string to let us go and then you fall toward the ground super duper fast head first and then these harness thingers we are in kinda catch and you pretty much fly back and forth for a couple minutes. Seriously one of the coolest things I have ever ever ever done in my whole life and I would do it again in a second! If you ever get the chance to try it, dooooo cuz it is worth it! ahh LOVED IT!
Now she's gettin excited while I'm learning how to commit suicide for us all.
flying. coolest. feeling. ever!

I was a wee bit nervous and that's when Earnst, my double chin, decided to make a slight appearance.

This little girl went on her first rollercoaster ever and she was so brave! We went on a rather small one called spider. It sits four people. Two in the front that face the front and two in the back that face the back.  Halfway through the ride, it spins. Camrie and I went in the front and Caitlyn and Matlin went in the back. Camrie was really nervous but felt ready and excited for her first rollercoaster but once we were strapped in super duper uncomfortably tight, which she was not fond of, she started to get upset and didn't like where things were going.. She saw how high up we were going and the poor thing started to sob. I just sat there feeling awful because I couldn't stop this thing from happening and all I could do was hold back my own tears as I watched her cry and scream that she wanted to get off. I have never felt so helpless and I just couldn't take my eyes off of her. After we got off the dreadful Spider, I just picked her up and carried her (because she an 11 year old is stuck in the body of a 6 year old haha) to my mom while willing the tears not to come. Camrie, you are so brave and I'm so proud of you for trying!

All in all it was a glorious time.
